Abstract (English):
At present, the production of engineering products one of the main competitive advantages is the accuracy rate. With the development of modern technologies and their introduction into production, require increasing levels of precision parts and products in general. For kinematically complete machines based directly on the workpiece, there are additional errors associated with the conditions of operation of these machines and products processing features. This article describes methods for determining the error caused by deformation of the parts due to the influence of the gravitational force, which is an important factor in the precision machining of large-sized products. This makes it possible to solve the problem of dynamic adjustment of centerless grinding machines, which reduces to finding the boundary values of the frequency of the disturbance, in which the shaping factors have the greatest positive values for a given number of harmonic errors.
