CALCULATION OF AN INSTALLATION ANGLE FOR BANDS OF DISAGGREGATING DEVICE AND ITS EFFICIENCY FOR PARTICLES SEPARATION

Abstract (English):
For building materials production, separation process uses for size classification of powders production. Closed circle (mill and separator) uses for grinding of the powders. Coarse particles and fine particles are formed during separation process. The coarse particles return into a mill for additional grinding. The fine particles return into a mill as aggregates with coarse particles. Aggregation of particles and returning of them into a mill is decreased of efficiency of closed circle. Due to that installation of the disaggregating device promote to disaggregation particles process. In the article presents mathematical expressions for calculation of band installation angle of disaggregation device, efficiency of disaggregation process and results of disaggregation process investigation.
